Heidelberg Mobile will now work under the new brand of C3 Beton
“Heidelberg Materials Lietuva Betonas” and “ESSPO” will now focus on different business segments.
“Heidelberg Materials Lietuva Betonas” and “ESSPO” have implemented a strategic agreement to refine their business directions in the mobile and stationary concrete plant segments, thereby separating their operations. To implement this agreement, legal processes for the separation of activities have also been initiated and are expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2026. Following this separation, the companies will become fully independent and unrelated entities, developing their operations in separate areas.
From 2022 until now, the two companies jointly owned “Heidelberg Mobile”, which during this period successfully delivered projects requiring mobile concrete plants. As part of the separation of activities, the ESSPO Group acquired Heidelberg Materials Lietuva Betonas’ shareholding in Heidelberg Mobile.
“Heidelberg Mobile” will continue its operations, working on mobile projects and ensuring its commitments to clients as well as the continuity of ongoing projects. In addition, the company will place greater focus on concrete chemistry and management systems. The company name will be changed to “C3 Betonas”. Last year, Heidelberg Mobile’s turnover reached nearly EUR 7.5 million.
“Heidelberg Materials Lietuva Betonas” will continue to purposefully expand its operations, focusing on stationary concrete plants across Lithuania. The company produces concrete in Alytus, Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda, with particular attention given to its newest concrete plants in the Northern Lithuania region — Šiauliai and Panevėžys.
Following this change, both parties will continue to strengthen their competencies and improve operational efficiency within their respective segments in the Baltic market.
